What days do you ship and from where?

We ship Monday-Friday up until 3:30PM. Orders placed after 3:30PM or on weekends/holidays ship out the following business day.

All packages ship from California, CA once a day, at the end of the day so add a day to the ship time.

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship ground by FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Please do not use PO Boxes for expedited shipments, as those may leave with UPS.

Priority Ground (3-5 business days) – $7.95
2-Day Air* (2 business days) – $14.00

2 Day Air delivers in 2 days starting with the day after the order is placed.

I need my order by a certain date, when should I place it?

We strongly advise not cutting it close, especially around holidays and vacation times however, next day FEDEX fees plus with an additional 10% fees. Once the package is in the shipping pipeline, we cannot adjust the mode or the address.


Questions about a product you’re about to order

While you are placing an order, LIVE CHAT is great. We are on it from 9am-5pm M-F, EST. If you don’t get a person, we are likely on another chat and will call or email you back if you can leave your information.

Questions about returns/exchanges, order status, promo codes, store locations, or shipping info

Please email us with your order number and the issue we can help with. Emails will be answered within a day or two the latest.

Questions about product sizing, outfitting, personal shopping, or gift buying

While we try to return all calls by the end of the next business day, the busy seasons may have a longer call back response time. Again, ALL Emails will get answered the day they come in.

Should I email and call you?

There is no need to call and email – one form of communication per day is sufficient and will free up the lines for other customers to contact us, however, its BEST you email so we both have a trail to track the request.
