We appreciate your shopping with A-Selah. We know you have a great sense of style!

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of our product purchased on A-Selah.com within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.”

Merchandise must be unused, unwashed and with original lining, tags and bag.

Affix the label e-mailed to you and drop at a US Postal office or with your postal worker.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $9 return shipping label fee.  Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.

Affix the complimentary label e-mailed to you for your return and drop at a US Postal office or with your postal worker.

Your new item will ship to you immediately.

Your return shipment has to be received within 20 days of placing your new order.

To get your new items fast, place a new order online for your replacement item.

Please email us at exchanges@a-selah.com with your Order #, Name, and Sku # for the style you are returning AND the Order # for the new order placed.

We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day, deduct any shipping costs incurred from the new order and make any adjustments necessary.

Please email exchanges@a-selah.com with your Order # and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in California, CA and ship Monday – Friday, with the exception of major holidays. All orders are shipped out the next business day. If you place your order Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday.

Shipping windows indicate carrier transit time. Please allow 1 business day for order processing.

*** We are unable to deliver Air to P.O. Box addresses and deliveries to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We cannot ensure permanent availability of items, as A-Selah releases unique and collectible collection each year. If you see something you love, we suggest you buy it immediately as quantities are limited. Some products sell much faster than we predict. If a particular item is out of stock and more may become available, you’ll be prompted to leave your email address to receive an arrival notification.
