What is your return & exchanges policy?

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of our product purchased on A-Selah.com within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.”

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags and liners.

My order came, but it is the wrong size, wrong item, missing something, damaged, etc. What do I do now?

Please email exchanges@aselah.com with your Order #, Name and the issue at hand. We will email you a complimentary return shipping label within one business day and work to correct your order.

I would like to return my item(s), but I am past the 30 day return policy. What do I do?

Sadly, due to the seasonality of resort wear, we are unable to accept your return after the 30 day window. We encourage every purchase to be tried on and checked over so there is time to return or exchange items before the 30 day period ends.

I got a gift and it isn't working for me, can I exchange it?

Email or call us with the name of the purchaser so that we may look up the order. We will tell you the value of the garment; which you can either put on a Merchandise Gift Card upon returning the item or make an exchange. We are happy to work with you on a new item!

I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t modify it. We can cancel it so that you can start fresh; however. Please call or email us right away.

I placed my order on Friday. When will my order be shipped?

The following Monday, as there is no shipping on Saturday & Sunday. There is no shipping on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

Can I modify/cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order is placed, as it immediately enters our warehouse processing system.

Do you ship internationally?

Soon, and you will reference the flag at the side hand side of the website. Click the flag and change it to the country you would like to ship to and at checkout your international shipping options will be available.

What if the carrier says the package was delivered, but I can't find it?

Regrettably, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier provides tracking and proof of delivery. If this occurs, please submit a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, just be sure to place a separate order for each address.

Is there tax on my order?

****We are required to collect sales tax from customers in CA.

What method will my order ship with?

Priority Ground will ship with DHL (3-5 business days).
2-Day Air* will ship with FedEx (2 business days).
Overnight will ship with FedEx (Next business day).


I bought an item at full price, and now it’s on sale. Can I get a refund?

If you bought an item at full price and it goes on sale within 14 days, then you can get a one-time adjustment only. Just contact our Customer Service Department at customercare@aselah.com with your order number and the product you would like an adjustment on. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

I bought an item on sale and now it is discounted even more. Can I get a price adjustment?

If you bought an item on sale and it is now discounted more, we will make a price adjustment if purchased within a week.

What else should I know about your price adjustment policy?

We will adjust for the new customer code, or a code that was not entered while a promotion was in progress but cannot make adjustments for promotional events that have expired. Please watch your emails and our site for event dates.

What is your promotional code policy?

If you have already used a Promotional Code on your order, we will not be able to adjust your order further.

Only one Promotional code will be honored per order. We do state in our Promotional Details that only one promo code can be used per order and codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
